About the Role
The Cleaner must adhere to safety rules, follow company policies, maintain a clean work area, and communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, managers, and customers. They will support shift leads, fill in during staff shortages, and use proper personal protective equipment while presenting a professional appearance. Key duties include vacuuming, edging, dusting, cleaning and stocking restrooms and breakrooms, window cleaning, emptying trash, sweeping and mopping floors, and any other assigned tasks. The role also involves collaborating with teammates, respecting guests, coordinating with internal departments, and participating in team meetings. • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures • Perform work assignments as part of a team • Maintain a clean work area • Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules • Take direction and respond to supervision • Communicate professionally with lead, supervisors, co‑workers, managers, and customers • Fill in during staff shortages • Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items • Use proper personal protective equipment • Clean and stock restrooms and breakrooms • Clean windows • Prioritize safety at all times • Build respectful relationships with teammates and guests • Take directions from Cleaning Lead, Supervisor, or Manager • Coordinate activities with internal departments • Participate in team meetings • Recognize safety as a top priority and comply with related rules
