About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Sales Enablement Content Specialist to develop compelling, industry‑focused sales enablement content for our AECO marketing team. This role bridges product and industry marketing experts, who define positioning and messaging, with the sales enablement organization that creates and runs training programs for sellers. You will translate messaging and positioning into assets that ensure sellers know what to say, when to say it, and how to say it effectively. In this role you will translate product value propositions and industry narratives into differentiated, sales‑ready messaging, work closely with product marketing to develop industry‑specific positioning, and create sales‑facing content such as battle cards, pitch decks, one‑pagers, talk tracks, competitive comparisons, customer stories, and playbooks. You will also serve as a subject‑matter expert for the Enablement organization, turning complex topics into clear, actionable content that powers enablement programs and seller effectiveness. • Translate product value propositions and industry narratives into sales‑ready messaging. • Partner with product marketing to craft differentiated, industry‑specific positioning. • Develop sales‑facing assets such as battle cards, pitch decks, one‑pagers, talk tracks, competitive comparisons, customer stories, and playbooks. • Serve as subject‑matter expert for enablement, converting complex topics into clear, actionable content.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or sales enablement, preferably within a B2B SaaS or tech environment, and a strong understanding of sales processes and go‑to‑market strategy. You should have proven experience developing sales content and messaging frameworks, excellent collaboration skills, and strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities. Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations industry experience is highly preferred, along with familiarity with enablement platforms, CMS, Airtable, and AI prompting and agent‑building. Benefits
For U.S.-based roles, the starting base salary ranges from $94,500 to $163,020, with additional compensation such as annual cash bonuses, commissions, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package. Offers are based on experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.
