About the Role
The Powder Coating Operator is responsible for a full range of production powder‑coating duties, including painting fabricated metal parts of various shapes, sizes and colors, performing quality inspections, preparing and monitoring surface treatments, and conducting preventative maintenance on sprayers and personal protective equipment. To succeed, the individual must reliably execute essential duties such as inspecting incoming parts, racking or hanging them, ensuring proper powder‑coat technique and product quality, setting up and operating machines, adjusting equipment for correct paint paths and thickness, inspecting completed parts, wrapping when needed, performing daily preventative maintenance of paint booths, spray guns and lines, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. • Paint fabricated metal parts using powder coating, handling various shapes, sizes, and colors. • Inspect incoming and finished parts to ensure proper application and product quality. • Set up, operate, and adjust equipment to achieve correct paint paths and thickness. • Perform daily preventative maintenance on spray booths, guns, lines, and PPE. • Maintain a clean, organized work area and wrap completed parts as required. • Lift up to 50 lb, work safely, and follow PPE protocols. • Work in a manufacturing warehouse with exposure to dust, heat, and airborne particles.

What You Bring
The role requires a High School or GED, with one year of hand‑spray or powder‑paint experience preferred. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, detail‑oriented, able to work safely, lift up to 50 lb, be self‑starters with minimal supervision, have dependable transportation, and thrive in a teamwork‑focused manufacturing warehouse environment that includes exposure to dust, heat and airborne particles; PPE is mandatory. • Hold a High School/GED; 1 year of hand‑spray or powder‑paint experience preferred. • Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, strong attention to detail, and self‑starting ability. • Provide dependable transportation and thrive in a teamwork‑oriented environment.
