About the Role
The Superintendent is accountable for overseeing scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control, and staffing levels across assigned trades, and for resolving procedural, design, and equipment scheduling issues. They manage the overall site safety program, ensuring subcontractor compliance with Turner standards and applicable safety regulations. Additionally, they develop schedules, implement recovery strategies, coordinate with owners and design professionals on field issues, and control the billing process, including work‑in‑place estimates and subcontractor payments. • Oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control, and staffing for subcontractors and trade labor. • Resolve design clarifications, procedural issues, and equipment scheduling across trades. • Manage site safety program and ensure subcontractor compliance with Turner standards and safety codes. • Supervise and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Interns, including performance appraisals. • Create and sequence project schedules, implementing recovery strategies to maintain timelines. • Coordinate with owners and architects/engineers to address and resolve field issues. • Oversee billing, work‑in‑place estimates, payroll, material invoices, and subcontractor payment applications. • Ensure work complies with contract documents, drawings, and specifications.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and possess at least eight years of related construction experience. Required knowledge includes building construction methods, scheduling, cost control, contract documents, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EH&S applications, along with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The role requires physical capabilities such as climbing stairs and ladders, occasional lifting up to 50 lb, and working in typical construction environments with exposure to noise, weather, and potential hazards. Benefits
The position offers an annual salary range of $130,000 to $200,000, provided as a salaried exempt package. This reflects the seniority and responsibilities of the role.
