About the Role
Trainees will rotate through production, quality assurance, mechanical engineering, and utility functions, applying safety protocols, GMP standards, and lean principles to meet KPI targets for volume, OEE, waste, quality, and safety. The role involves machine operation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, quality testing, inventory management, and utility system support, all while fostering continuous improvement through Kaizen and data‑driven decision making. • Follow all Kimberly‑Clark safety rules, perform observations, and report near‑misses, abnormal conditions, and unsafe acts promptly. • Maintain GMP and quality management system standards, conduct real‑time inspections, and document results in quality software. • Operate and troubleshoot production machines, handle raw material and packaging preparation, splicing, and material traceability. • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, visual health checks, and spare‑part replacement. • Execute root‑cause analysis (RCA) and apply Kaizen and Lean principles to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. • Conduct quality assurance testing, manage customer complaints, perform audits, and calibrate equipment for accuracy. • Manage mechanical engineering tasks such as spare‑part inventory, overhauls, stock counts, ink‑jet coding machine maintenance, and hot‑melt part refurbishment. • Operate and maintain utility systems (transformers, DG sets, compressors, chillers, AHU, BMS, EMS) and support panel installations and repairs.
