The program delivers rotational assignments across finance areas such as commercial and supply‑chain finance, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and investor relations, complemented by classroom training in finance, accounting, business, and leadership. These experiences aim to prepare participants for future finance leadership roles. Candidates join a collaborative team that values continuous learning, accountability, and integrity.
