About the Role
Reporting to executive leadership, the Director will lead the creation, execution, and refinement of long‑term growth strategies that align with the organization’s vision. This includes establishing enterprise review templates, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring cross‑functional alignment across engineering, commercial, product, and brand teams. The position requires synthesizing market trends, competitor actions, and internal capabilities to uncover opportunities and threats, while communicating strategic priorities to senior leadership, the board, and internal teams. The Director also serves as the Center of Excellence Leader for the Category Management organization and spearheads change‑management and innovation initiatives. • Lead development and execution of long‑term growth strategies for Tools & Outdoor brands. • Create and maintain enterprise business‑review templates and KPI tracking systems. • Synthesize and communicate multi‑brand strategic priorities to senior leadership and the board. • Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and internal capabilities to identify growth opportunities. • Serve as Center of Excellence Leader for the Category Management organization. • Drive cross‑functional collaboration and alignment across engineering, product, and commercial teams. • Lead change‑management efforts and foster innovation pipelines for new product initiatives. • Develop training and support materials to enable successful organizational transitions.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, or a related field and bring at least 10 years of experience developing and executing strategic plans across multiple functions.
