About the Role
The Procurement Executive role, based in Bangalore and reporting to the Procurement Manager, oversees the end‑to‑end procurement process. The position works closely with multiple departments to secure goods and services in a timely and cost‑effective manner while developing and executing procurement strategies. The role includes market research, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, inventory coordination, and performance monitoring. It also requires maintaining accurate procurement records and driving continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives. • Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies. • Collaborate with project managers, finance, and operations to assess needs and allocate resources. • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to build a reliable supply chain. • Conduct market research to spot trends and innovative procurement options. • Manage RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs; review proposals and ensure compliance. • Monitor supplier performance on delivery, quality, and contract terms. • Oversee inventory and coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely delivery. • Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts and bids. • Drive continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives. • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field, with proven corporate procurement experience and strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in procurement software and the MS Office suite is essential. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field (master’s or certifications preferred). • Proven procurement or supply‑chain experience in a corporate setting. • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, contract negotiation and legal terms. • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities. • Effective negotiation and vendor‑management skills. • Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills. • Proficiency with procurement software and MS Office.
