About the Role
• Participate actively in safety and quality plans, demonstrating commitment to an injury‑free environment and mentoring others. • Assist with project QA/QC planning to ensure task quality. • Engage in estimating and change management processes, including quantity take‑off and subcontractor proposal reviews. • Support on‑site tasks such as monitoring crew size, self‑perform hours, materials, quantity and equipment. • Take part in punch lists, city inspections, safety and quality reviews, and prepare required documentation. • Post up‑to‑date drawings and specifications. • Organize and attend project meetings, preparing and distributing necessary documentation. • Prepare various reports (daily, weekly, unit, percentage complete, manpower, production schedules, equipment tracking) to support the project. • Conduct periodic job site observations with project leadership. • Create procurement logs, track shop drawings, and follow up on deliveries as directed by the project team. • Provide progress updates and reports to support scheduling. • Support project close‑out, including punch lists, O&M manuals, and as‑built drawings. • Apply company best‑practice standards and fundamentals for building and construction techniques. • Develop understanding of various company functions and support roles contributing to project success. • Collaborate and demonstrate teamwork in the project setting. • Incorporate Lean practices into regular activities. • Identify, develop, and integrate self‑perform opportunities into the project. • Perform work accurately, completely, and in a timely manner. • Assess and optimize project productivity. • Build relationships and collaborate within internal and external teams.

What You Bring
• Build relationships and communication skills with tradespeople, foremen, journeymen, superintendents, and subcontractors. • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Understand organizational structure and available resources. • Knowledge of Lean processes and philosophy. • Familiarity with required construction technology. • Apply fundamentals of construction management means and methods. • Understand self‑perform and labor productivity concepts. • Know specific trades and scopes of work. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). • Entry‑level construction experience. • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. • May require travel and/or relocation periods. • Willingness to work non‑traditional hours to meet project needs. • Frequent activities: standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching above shoulder, pushing, pulling. • Occasional activities: sitting, viewing computer screen.
