About the Role
The Executive Assistant, Investments provides high‑level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Chief Investment Officer and the Investments leadership team, handling complex domestic and international scheduling, travel, and communication while maintaining strict confidentiality. • Support CIO and Investments leadership with executive administration and operations • Manage dynamic, multi‑time‑zone calendars aligned with transaction milestones • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, visas, and itineraries • Prepare briefing materials, investment memos, presentations, and meeting agendas • Screen and prioritize communications, ensuring smooth information flow • Organize investor and partner meetings, property tours, and on‑site visits • Maintain digital filing systems for investment documents, NDAs, LOIs, and diligence materials • Track deal pipelines, transaction checklists, and closing processes • Lead special projects, research requests, budgeting, invoice processing, and vendor coordination • Continuously improve internal processes, workflows, and systems

What You Bring
• 5+ years supporting senior executives in investment management, private equity, real estate, or financial services • Proven experience coordinating complex international travel and multi‑time‑zone schedules • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization abilities • Excellent business writing, communication, and presentation preparation skills • High professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Adobe, and DocuSign • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Proactive, solutions‑oriented, detail‑focused, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment
