About the Role

The opportunity involves leading planning and scheduling efforts across all project phases, maintaining and analysing actual and forecasted schedules, and monitoring, reporting, and managing any deviations. The role ensures the project follows sound methodology and internal standards, delivering an integrated schedule that covers the entire scope of work. You will work with the project team to identify all essential work activities, define work aligned to the cost breakdown structure, and develop properly linked, role‑loaded baseline and current schedules. Regular analysis of critical paths, notification of project managers about schedule issues, and provision of inputs for resource optimisation are required. When needed you will prepare EOT schedules and schedule analysis to support the team. Resource demand and supply conflicts will be addressed together with line management, and you will issue progress reports, schedule updates and productivity data to customers and stakeholders. Integration of material resource requirements with the project schedule, coordination with the SCM team, and optimisation of procurement lead times are also part of the responsibilities. Participation in project reviews and updating Project Controls reporting systems are expected. The role supports the Sales & Operations Planning process, collaborates with the sales team to define planning scenarios, drives workload data collection, and chairs the monthly S&OP review meetings.
