About the Role

• Conduct rigorous QA/QC reviews on compensation models and salary structures, identifying errors and implementing process improvements. • Build, maintain, and validate complex spreadsheets and financial models for compensation planning, including salary, forecast, and M&A modeling. • Develop and test projection models for salaries, bonuses, recognition programs, and workforce cost impacts. • Create, enhance, and automate compensation reporting dashboards. • Contribute to UKG Pro system improvements through testing, troubleshooting, and output validation. • Implement workflow automation and technology solutions to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy, partnering with HRIS, IT, and Finance. • Ensure compensation data and processes comply with internal controls, firm policies, confidentiality standards, and legal requirements. • Own and maintain clear, repeatable process documentation for compensation cycle activities and support scalable frameworks and templates. • Collaborate with Compensation Analysts, HR partners, Finance, and IT to ensure data consistency, provide QC feedback during cycles, and support knowledge transfer and training.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, HR, or a related field. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, Power Query, modeling, and audit controls. • Experience with UKG Pro or other HRIS/compensation systems (preferred). • Experience managing compensation programs. • Ability to manage and interpret large datasets with high accuracy. • Comfort working with technical workflows, data integrations, and automation tools. • Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail. • Ability to document processes clearly and maintain consistency in QA/QC activities. • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional partners.
