About the Role

The Senior Reliability Engineer (SRE) applies a broad range of reliability techniques to diverse industries and leads projects from conception through delivery to meet customer expectations. The SRE works collaboratively, often acting as a team leader, to influence engineers and consultants while coaching others in reliability methods. Key responsibilities include applying reliability methods across client organizations, managing project scope, timelines, deliverables and budgets, and acting as an advisor and trainer. The role also involves business development through an understanding of ASM and APM approaches, evaluating and adapting standard techniques, and contributing to multidisciplinary teams on multiple moderate‑size projects. • Apply reliability techniques across diverse industries and client organizations. • Lead and influence engineering teams; coach and train on reliability methods. • Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets from start to finish. • Drive business development by identifying optimal ASM and APM solutions for clients. • Evaluate, select, and adapt standard reliability procedures and criteria. • Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams and contribute to multiple moderate‑size projects. • Deliver professional presentations to diverse audiences.

What You Bring

Successful candidates hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and have at least five years of maintenance or reliability experience in mining, processing, oil & gas, utilities, or manufacturing. Required skills include reliability methodology application, data extraction and analysis, project and team management, professional presentation delivery, and strong written and verbal communication. CRE and/or CAMA2 certification is highly desirable. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • Possess 5+ years of maintenance/reliability experience in mining, processing, oil & gas, utilities or manufacturing. • Demonstrate expertise in reliability methods, data extraction, and analysis. • Proven project management and team‑coaching experience. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Preferred CRE and/or CAMA2 certification. • Enjoy contemporary work‑life balance policies and wellbeing activities.
