About the Role

The Outside Sales Representative role focuses on generating profitable business for a specific equipment profit center. The position involves developing an assigned territory, executing sales plans to grow revenue, and maintaining the existing customer base while strengthening Sunbelt’s national brand identity. What You Bring

Candidates should hold a four‑year degree in a related field with at least one year of relevant experience, or possess three to four years of sales experience. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a minimum age of 21 are required. Preferred knowledge includes ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment, and bilingual (Spanish) abilities. • 4-year college degree in related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3-4 years of related sales experience • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • 21 years of age • Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills • Effective communication and negotiation skills • Solid computer skills • Knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment preferred • Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations • Meet physical demands such as lifting 50 pounds and working outdoors

Base pay ranges from $40,000 to $50,000, complemented by a company vehicle and a robust commission plan. Eligibility for benefits begins on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
