About the Role

The Senior Healthcare Project Architect will lead a multidisciplinary team through all phases of architectural projects, coordinate with owners, clients, and governing agencies, and handle construction contract administration as needed. • Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team through project layout, detailing, and multiple phases. • Conduct site work sessions with the Project Manager and other disciplines. • Organize owner/client and internal meetings; participate in code compliance reviews with governing agencies. • Review and resolve interdisciplinary document conflicts; perform QA/QC and technical reviews. • Write, edit, and integrate architectural specifications, addenda, RFIs, CPRs, and change orders. • Provide construction contract administration and manage dual‑role project leadership as required.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Architecture. • Experience with healthcare, educational, civic, science, and research facilities. • Interest or experience in sustainable design/LEED. • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3‑D Studio Max; Rhino and Grasshopper experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. • Minimum 10 years of experience; Registered Architect. • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. • Demonstrated graphic presentation ability and experience preparing contract documents and specifications. • Comprehensive knowledge of codes and planning; commitment to employee‑owned culture.
