About the Role
• Maintain and improve ISO‑certified management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) • Promote an inclusive safety culture through site engagement and toolbox talks • Coordinate incident, injury, and near‑miss reporting and follow‑up • Conduct scheduled and ad‑hoc audits, inspections, and safety walks • Prepare HSEQ reports, insights, and presentations • Support subcontractor compliance and documentation • Maintain CMMS records and assist with service contract coordination • Support after‑hours on‑call arrangements to ensure site coverage • Stay informed on legislative changes and share guidance with teams

Full‑time permanent on‑site role with a salary of $95,000 plus superannuation, free on‑site parking and flexible start and finish times within core business hours.
