About the Role

The role works closely with the Payroll and Benefits team to support payroll and benefit processing, providing timely and accurate transactional data handling. It also offers basic transactional pay and benefit query support to the business. • Handle non‑routine payroll situations with limited supervision. • Resolve MyHR Tier 2 queries within SLA targets. • Process and authorise bank payments accurately and promptly. • Maintain comprehensive payroll records (tax, NI, pensions, absences, deductions). • Perform manual payroll calculations when required. • Process attachment of earnings orders and other statutory deductions per legislation. • Champion and adopt new ways of working. • Ensure timely and accurate payroll and benefits processing. • Liaise with colleagues to address pay and benefits inquiries. • Provide general administrative support. • Contribute to net‑zero carbon goals by identifying and managing associated emissions.
