About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent Programme Lead – System Integration. As Programme Lead you will manage teams of senior direct reports, demonstrate effective leadership, ensure excellence in delivery against plans, and champion a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities. • Manage and coordinate major programme delivery against strategic objectives. • Establish effective people, process, information and technology environments. • Assemble and manage high‑performing specialist teams. • Drive performance beyond bid baseline through optimisation. • Act as senior client and stakeholder representative. • Maintain safety, quality, cost and governance excellence. • Oversee programme controls, reporting and documentation. • Ensure commercial, ethical and regulatory compliance. • Deliver complex aviation programmes across all lifecycle stages. • Maintain professional membership with system integration and strategic delivery expertise.
