About the Role

You will manage heritage advice and approval processes for a diverse range of projects, work across multiple market sectors, and investigate and report on heritage matters including statutory approvals and Traditional Owner consultation. Building strong relationships with clients, internal specialists, sub‑consultants, and government agencies will be a key part of the role. • Manage heritage advice and approval processes for diverse projects in WA and nationally. • Deliver heritage services across property, buildings, transport, water, energy, resources, and environment sectors. • Investigate and report on heritage matters, including statutory approvals and Traditional Owner consultation. • Build and maintain relationships with clients, specialists, sub‑consultants, government agencies and local councils. • Mentor team members and contribute to technical skill development. • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cultural heritage sector.

What You Bring

Candidates should have between five and fifteen years of experience with the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 and WA heritage approval processes, a relevant degree (Honours or postgraduate) and a consulting background with strong client‑relationship skills. A current Western Australian driver’s licence is required, and knowledge of the EPBC Act is a plus. • 5–15 years experience with the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 and WA heritage approval processes. • Knowledge of the EPBC Act 1999 (preferred). • Bachelor’s (Honours or postgraduate) degree in archaeology, cultural heritage management or related field. • Consulting background with strong client‑relationship and business development skills. • Current Western Australian driver’s licence.
