About the Role
The Landscape Inspector conducts inspections of irrigation, soft and hard landscaping, signage, mechanical equipment, and building site development. You will maintain project files, prepare daily reports, verify approved materials, conduct labor compliance interviews, and collect certificates such as MSDS and inspection tags. The role also includes providing technical guidance to junior inspectors, coordinating sub‑consultants, contributing to safety and quality‑control documentation, reporting installed quantities for payment, and responding to emergency callbacks on site. • Inspect irrigation, soft/hard landscaping, signage, and mechanical equipment installations. • Maintain project files, perform quantity calculations, and write daily diaries. • Prepare daily reports and required contract documentation. • Verify use of approved materials and collect certificates of compliance, MSDS, and inspection tags. • Conduct labor compliance interviews and maintain as‑built plans. • Provide technical guidance to junior inspectors. • Coordinate sub‑consultants for surveying and material testing. • Contribute to job safety practices and prepare safety reports. • Develop quality‑control reports and procedures. • Report installed quantities for payment and change‑order verification. • Respond to emergency callbacks at the project site. • Administer welder qualification tests as needed. • Read and interpret plans and specifications accurately. • Ensure compliance with client and industry standards.

What You Bring
Parsons is seeking a talented Landscape Inspector for Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role you will work with prestigious clients and be responsible for ensuring that landscape and irrigation work meets contract specifications. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil, Landscape, Irrigation or a related engineering field, have at least five years of construction supervision experience in landscape and irrigation works, possess strong oral and written communication skills, and be based in the UAE. You should be proficient at reading and interpreting plans and specifications and be familiar with construction processes relevant to the assignment, while consistently complying with client and industry standards.
