About the Role

The Paid Media Specialist will join the performance marketing team and work closely with channel managers and account‑based marketing leads. This role bridges broad‑market performance initiatives with high‑touch, account‑specific targeting to drive inbound pipeline and strategic account penetration. In this role you will manage paid media initiatives, assess their impact on the pipeline, and partner with creative teams to ensure messaging resonates with target industries. • Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Meta, LinkedIn). • Coordinate paid media strategies for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts, ensuring consistent messaging throughout the buyer journey. • Maintain and orchestrate first‑party and third‑party audience segments using AI‑enabled tactics such as real‑time lead scoring. • Analyze campaign performance via CRM and ABM tools to uncover trends in account engagement and pipeline impact. • Collaborate with creative services to tailor ad copy and assets for specific personas or industry verticals (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical). • Apply A/B testing and optimization techniques; B2B marketing experience is a plus.
