About the Role
The role involves supervising the Accounts Payable (AP) team that manages vendor payments and company credit card programs, acting as a working leader and providing backup during high‑volume periods. Responsibilities include monitoring and approving daily and weekly payment runs, resolving discrepancies, analyzing AP processes for inefficiencies, and implementing improvements to reduce cycle times and enhance accuracy. Collaboration with the global invoice processing team and cross‑functional stakeholders ensures a seamless end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay process. • Supervise AP team handling vendor payments and credit card programs. • Provide backup leadership during high‑volume periods and approve payment runs. • Analyze and improve AP processes to reduce cycle time and increase accuracy. • Collaborate with global invoice processing and cross‑functional stakeholders for seamless Source‑to‑Pay. • Lead AP operations with strong coaching, team development, and accountability. • Maintain internal controls and fraud‑prevention standards while adapting to change.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, though relevant experience may substitute for a degree. Required skills include leadership of AP operations, strong coaching and team‑development abilities, proficiency with SAP/Concur, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools, and the capacity to maintain robust internal controls while adapting to a fast‑changing environment. • Proficient in SAP/Concur, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience required.
