About the Role
As a Facilities Manager at JLL you will lead assigned sites, guiding a team of skilled staff to deliver facilities‑management services in professional office environments. The role balances operational excellence with client relationship management and requires collaboration with Senior Facilities Managers to set the overall vision for the facilities team. In this position you will protect, maintain and improve client site value while conducting routine inspections, managing third‑party contractors, and driving continuous improvement. You will act as the primary interface with clients, leverage JLL tools and processes, promote a safety‑first culture, and oversee budget development and cost‑saving initiatives. The role also includes performing performance reviews, rolling out CMMS tools, and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusivity across the team. You will collaborate with Operations teams to ensure service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs at the lowest possible cost. • Develop and execute facilities team vision with Senior Facilities Manager • Oversee property operations to protect, maintain, and enhance client site value • Conduct routine site inspections to ensure highest quality standards • Drive continuous improvement and manage third‑party contractors and vendors • Serve as primary client interface to ensure service delivery satisfaction • Transform operational practices using JLL tools, processes, and best practices • Promote a safety‑first culture through training and collaborative teamwork • Manage operating budgets, achieve cost‑saving targets, and control expenditures • Conduct performance reviews and implement CMMS tools • Foster diversity, inclusivity, and a collaborative team environment

What You Bring
Candidates must have 5–8 years of facilities‑management experience leading teams, including 24/7 operations, strong client relationship skills, and familiarity with building systems, CMMS, and Microsoft Office. A bachelor’s degree, experience in professional office environments, and knowledge of strategic sourcing, capital projects, and JLL-specific tools are preferred. • 5–8 years of facilities‑management experience leading teams • Proven ability to manage 24/7 operations in fast‑paced environments • Strong client relationship, organizational, and problem‑solving skills • Experience with building systems, CMMS, and Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of safety procedures, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement • Ability to manage third‑party contractors and ensure audit compliance • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) • Background in professional office‑environment facilities management (preferred) • Experience with strategic sourcing, contracting, and capital improvement projects (preferred) • Familiarity with JLL tools, processes, and landlord/tenant relationship management (preferred) • Skills in incident investigation, root‑cause analysis, and employee development (preferred)
