About the Role

The Bartender is responsible for delivering high‑quality beverage service, adhering to alcohol regulations, serving hot and cold food promptly, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness of the bar and grill area, preparing bar supplies, and completing end‑of‑shift reports using the Micros system. • Serve alcohol in compliance with state regulations • Serve hot and cold food to guests promptly • Collect payment for beverages and food in the pool grill area • Keep bar and grill area clean and free of clutter • Perform general cleaning tasks using standard products to meet health standards • Prepare bar supplies such as ice and sliced fruit for garnishes

What You Bring

Hilton Grand Vacations seeks candidates with at least one year of bartending or serving experience, an Alcohol Awareness Certification, and a Food Safety Certification, with a preference for two or more years of related experience.
