About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. They assess customers’ storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units for inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payment reminders and collections. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling moving supplies. • Inspect storage units daily to ensure inventory accuracy and readiness for rent. • Audit cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and manage payment reminders and collections. • Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of interior spaces and exterior grounds. • Lift and move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of shift walking outdoors, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. • Work flexible full‑time schedules between 9:30 am–6 pm, with weekends until 5 pm.
