About the Role

The recruiter will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, developing tailored recruitment strategies and delivering a consultative talent acquisition experience. Responsibilities include proactive candidate sourcing using job boards, social media and AI‑enhanced tools, full‑cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding, and maintaining transparent communication throughout the process. The role also involves market intelligence, employer branding initiatives, and data‑driven decision making to continuously improve hiring outcomes. • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs. • Design and execute tailored recruitment strategies for each role. • Leverage AI technology and cutting‑edge tools to proactively source and engage high‑caliber candidates. • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process, from requisition creation through onboarding. • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews and skills evaluations. • Provide transparent, timely communication and personalized interactions throughout the hiring journey. • Monitor labor market trends and competitor insights to inform hiring decisions. • Promote Lennar’s employer brand through events and branding initiatives. • Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to improve performance and identify improvement areas. • Maintain proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or possess equivalent experience, and have at least three years of successful talent acquisition experience. Strong consultative and relationship‑building skills, proficiency with ATS and recruitment software, excellent communication, and high organization are required. Experience in the homebuilding or real estate sector is a plus. The position is primarily sedentary office work, with occasional physical tasks such as bending, stooping, reaching and lifting supplies up to 25 lb. Finger dexterity is needed to operate a keyboard, calculator and telephone. • Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of talent acquisition success. • Demonstrate strong consultative, communication and interpersonal skills. • Exhibit high organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Physical requirement: occasional bending, stooping, reaching and lifting of supplies up to 25 lb; finger dexterity for computer use.
