About the Role

The Container Delivery Driver – Non‑CDL safely operates a vehicle to deliver and remove containers for residential and commercial customers. The role includes ensuring the vehicle meets the company’s safety standards before each shift and complying with all company, state, and federal regulations. Drivers perform complete pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, checking tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges and controls, and report any safety issues. They follow route sheets, operate manual and automatic controls to lift and load containers, interact courteously with customers and dispatchers, perform minor container repairs, clean accidental waste spills, continuously monitor vehicle condition, and complete required route, productivity, and Vehicle Condition Report (VCR) documentation while adhering to safety policies and the ReSOP program.
