What You Bring
The company is seeking a licensed Project Architect for its Architecture Department, focusing on military construction projects. Based in Carlsbad, the Project Architect will manage multiple projects and coordinate across fire protection, civil, landscape, structural, interior, mechanical, electrical, and telecommunications disciplines, serving as the technical leader on DoD design‑build contracts. Candidates must be a registered architect (NCARB certification preferred) with a bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture and at least 15 years of experience producing construction documentation on $30‑$150 million projects. A strong understanding of civil, structural, MEP, and low‑voltage systems, familiarity with DoD Unified Facilities Criteria and building codes, and proficiency in Revit and related software are required.
