About the Role
• Lead structural engineering on diverse building projects, from small to large scale. • Provide technical input and design solutions for studies and engineering tasks. • Mentor and train junior staff on structural design, constructability, and methodologies. • Present complex technical solutions directly to clients when required. • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress. • Perform quality‑control reviews and sign off on work produced by others. • Develop technical proposals, including budget and schedule estimates. • Review permitting agency, engineering standards, and client design standards for compliance. • Organize workload and work independently under the supervision of project managers.

What You Bring
The position requires U.S. citizenship and does not provide sponsorship for employment authorization. Relocation assistance is offered for candidates moving to Atlanta. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering and 6+ years of relevant experience. • Be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Structural Engineering. • Possess U.S. citizenship as a mandatory requirement. • Demonstrate recent experience with building and facilities design projects. • Proficient in structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP, RAM Elements, or RISA; AutoCAD and Revit highly desirable. • Preferred 10 years of experience on large, complex structural building projects.
