About the Role
The role is for a Project Manager who will serve as the day‑to‑day interface with a high‑profile commercial real‑estate client, managing projects of varying sizes from inception through turnover. The position supports complex programmes in the NYC area and worldwide, requiring on‑site presence of 2‑3 days per week, though requirements may change with client needs. • Lead development and management of project strategic plans and program initiatives. • Support design, engineering and construction teams through planning, design, pre‑construction and construction phases. • Initiate and manage procurement of design, construction and consulting services. • Act as liaison between client and design/construction professionals. • Oversee and review architectural and engineering construction drawings and bid documents. • Facilitate value engineering sessions to reduce costs. • Develop, monitor and update master project budget and schedule. • Analyze budget and schedule impacts on financial objectives. • Coordinate scheduling, coordination and management of Owner‑direct vendors and consultants. • Present project status to clients, city officials, architects, engineers, contractors and consultants. • Ensure robust project controls, documentation and sequencing. • Lead all project aspects including budget, schedule, operational procedures, QA/QC and client standards. • Document meeting notes and manage follow‑up action items. • Establish and oversee project close‑out documentation and processes. • Negotiate, resolve and close out change orders, quality issues or disputes. • Process and track final invoices, payment applications and retention payments. • Prepare and submit final project accounting and budget reports. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable. • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with team members and stakeholders. • Present to senior management to secure approvals.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking and analytical skills. • Proven track record of delivering high‑quality programs/projects. • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software. • Mandatory AutoCAD proficiency and required furniture installation experience. • Minimum 3 years experience in design and construction of corporate interior projects; consulting and corporate tenant improvement experience preferred. • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience.

Benefits
