KPI and Performance Manager

About the Role

You will act as the analytical backbone for production and manufacturing, providing reliable information that supports strategic decision‑making across the organization. • Ensure data integrity across production and manufacturing systems. • Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports with clear, actionable insights. • Maintain and enhance PowerBI dashboards for leadership and field teams. • Validate and audit production and manufacturing data for accuracy. • Support manufacturing data accuracy, including Kit of Parts (KOP) tracking. • Diagnose data issues, identify root causes, and improve workflows. • Coordinate with field teams to improve data collection practices. • Partner with IT to resolve system or platform issues. • Document processes to help scale Creature’s digital operations. • Translate data into insights that leaders can act upon. • Contribute to a high‑impact function that directly supports executive and operational leadership. • Join an integrated platform where data directly drives outcomes and scaling of modern construction and manufacturing.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate thrives behind the scenes, spotting hidden patterns and taking full responsibility for end‑to‑end data processes while collaborating closely with senior leadership. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Data, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field. • Possess 1–3 years of experience in data operations, business intelligence, analytics, or systems support. • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, and SQL. • Exhibit strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. • Preferred: experience with construction or manufacturing platforms such as Procore, Smartsheet, or Sage. • Preferred: background supporting operations or production teams. • Preferred: ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. • Thrive by reducing noise, creating clarity, and improving systems rather than merely reporting. • Excel in a behind‑the‑scenes role without needing constant direction.
