About the Role

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations, including daily onsite attendance, showing units, processing lease paperwork, and maintaining resident satisfaction through effective communication and retention programs. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents by greeting, qualifying, touring, and signing leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Complete leasing paperwork, conduct lease audits, walk units, and assist with the turnover process. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and meet or exceed leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints, concerns, and requests. • Develop and implement resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Assist in executing the annual marketing plan and conduct ongoing market surveys and analysis. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and enforce community policies. • Project a favorable community image and ensure consistent resident interactions.

What You Bring

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, possess basic computer skills, and understand Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Meet physical requirements including moving objects up to 25 lb, climbing ladders, standing for long periods, and working varied shifts and conditions.
