What You Bring
We are looking for a qualified electrician who also has skills in other trades to deliver a first‑class service to our properties. The Multi‑Trade Operative will carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs, using both specialist and secondary trade skills, and must complete work efficiently and within deadlines. The successful candidate must hold an 18th Edition electrician certificate and a 2391 Testing and Inspecting qualification, as well as a valid UK driving licence. This post requires a basic criminal record check, eligibility to work in the UK, and residence in England or Wales for the duration of employment; visa sponsorship is not available. • Hold an 18th Edition electrician certificate and a 2391 Testing & Inspecting qualification. • Possess a valid UK driving licence; a company van will be provided for work use. • Pass a basic criminal record check and be eligible to work in the UK.

Benefits
We are offering a permanent, full‑time position (40 hours per week) with a salary of £36,000‑£41,000 plus van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime.
