About the Role
The Project Manager I provides overall management direction on less complex projects, establishing objectives through planning and budgets while serving as the primary client contact. The role monitors construction and financial activities in partnership with the superintendent and is accountable for the project’s financial results and safety by upholding the IIF culture. • Responsible for pre‑construction duties • Coordinate job transition and start‑up process • Manage cost and schedule • Manage cash flow • Oversee the work of direct reports • Maintain client relationship • Generate and submit technical records • Support construction of the project • Manage project safety and risk management processes • Ensure a safe work environment • Participate in training and certifications
