About the Role
The Project Manager role leads small to medium construction and workplace fit‑out projects, ensuring they meet time, cost, quality and performance targets while managing teams, coordinating stakeholders and maintaining effective project governance. • Define and achieve project success criteria (time, cost, quality, performance) and develop detailed plans and schedules. • Monitor project finances and ensure budget alignment in collaboration with the quantity surveyor team. • Manage change control processes and maintain proper documentation. • Lead cross‑functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration among all stakeholders. • Ensure effective flow of project information through meetings and written communications. • Maintain project governance, prepare progress reports, and comply with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards. • Act as primary contact for clients and consultants, identify new business opportunities, and capture learnings in internal knowledge systems. • Deliver 100 % of projects on time, within budget and meeting defined quality standards. • Ensure 100 % compliance with internal governance processes and external regulatory standards (e.g., safety, environmental).

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, engineering or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial office, retail or showroom fit‑out projects, including mechanical/electrical equipment. • Strong knowledge of project management tools, concepts, and techniques. • Proven track record leading small to medium, low‑to‑medium complexity construction projects. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and leadership skills; English proficiency is a plus. • Preferred: Class 1 Architectural Construction Management Engineer qualification or other construction‑related certifications. • Achieve ≥85 % client and stakeholder satisfaction in post‑project reviews.
