About the Role
• Lead and manage the production of accurate, comprehensive estimates and cost plans for projects and programmes. • Champion estimating best practices and drive departmental objectives. • Stay current with developments in your technical area of expertise. • Collaborate with Directors to develop bids for new work. • Provide guidance and direction to staff on specific tasks and act as a role model for junior colleagues. • Interface with clients and consultants throughout all project stages. • Identify and pursue new business and cross‑selling opportunities with existing and prospective clients. • Oversee staff management where applicable and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate proven estimating management experience and high‑standard qualifications in Estimating or Quantity Surveying. • Possess experience with estimating software and, preferably, membership of RICS, CIOB or A.C.E. • Have a track record of working on major infrastructure programmes and projects (rail, air, power, highways) and leading teams.
