About the Role
As a Lead Technical Support Engineer you will provide complete customer support and resolve technical issues, including active online system troubleshooting for Cordant hardware, software, cloud computing, IoT, and services products. Technical Support centers are strategically located worldwide to offer deep technical expertise and timely issue resolution. • Prioritize HSE topics and safety. • Resolve customer issues using technical expertise and global collaboration. • Collaborate with customers, sales, services, and engineering to solve complex technical problems. • Use case logging tools for proper tracking and timely closure. • Diagnose hardware and software problems. • Provide technical direction and assistance for Bently Nevada hardware and software maintenance.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 10+ years of experience with condition‑monitoring hardware/software. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to convey technical concepts. • Knowledge of industrial plant machinery, controls, DCS, SCADA, and condition‑monitoring systems. • Ability to work remotely, independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Experience with IoT and modern cloud computing. • Familiarity with steam turbines, compressors, gas turbines, pumps, and motors. • Team player collaborating with product, service, sales, and engineering teams. • Capability to obtain safety certifications for customer site entry.
