What You Bring
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Relocation Manager to oversee the resident relocation process during the renovation of three LIHTC properties undergoing re‑syndication. This critical role ensures smooth transitions for residents while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. • Prior experience in property management or relocation coordination preferred. • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in record keeping and documentation. • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. • Familiarity with LIHTC regulations and re‑syndication processes is a plus.
