About the Role
As a Call Center Agent on the Customer Service team, you will support lead generation and sales by processing submitted leads, verifying homeowner information, confirming availability, validating product qualifications, and gauging interest, while collaborating with customers and colleagues across all Mad City markets. • Manage and enter appointments from face‑to‑face sources into the CRM • Document call attempts with accurate dispositions and detailed notes • Handle inbound calls from promoters and make outbound calls to verify leads • Participate in department contests to meet personal and team goals • Maintain a professional presence and team‑first mindset • Operate during call‑center hours of 8 am–9 pm, seven days a week
