• 5+ years of experience in home improvement, roofing, siding, windows, or related industries • Proven success in in‑home or business‑to‑consumer sales • Strong leadership and team management background • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and customer‑focused mindset • Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments as needed • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check • Experience with Salesforce, SalesPro, Aqua, or LeapDigital (a plus) • Willingness to relocate if needed
