About the Role

Job Summary: Plan, lay‑out, and perform all types of concrete work in accordance with applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. Use concrete tools such as a bull float, trowel, edger, and concrete vibrator. Perform work in other crafts as appropriate to training and skills when requested by supervision. • Maintain positive working relationships with all crew members. • Produce high‑quality work safely and productively. • Ensure materials, tools, equipment, and information are available for the work. • Apply high proficiency in trade mathematics. • Inspect subordinates’ work for accuracy, compliance, and corrective action. • Eliminate waste such as waiting, rework, and unnecessary transport.

What You Bring

Minimum Job Requirements: Candidates must have at least one year (Level I) up to four years (Senior) experience in industrial/commercial construction with a solid understanding of the carpentry trade. They must be willing to travel, read and interpret drawings and specifications, use trade tools safely, and possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Physical Requirements: The role may involve up to 12‑hour shifts of hard physical work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions, climbing and balancing on scaffolds, and occasional lifting of objects up to 50 lb. Frequent hand usage, compliance with safety standards, and the ability to work in confined or uneven areas while wearing required personal protective equipment are essential. • Minimum one year (Level I) to four years (Senior) experience in industrial/commercial construction with carpentry expertise. • Willingness to travel to other states. • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and safety/quality standards. • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
