About the Role

The position involves delivering testing and consulting services for the built environment, including property condition assessments, specialized testing, forensic investigations, and design of repairs to existing structures. You will manage projects that encompass building enclosure inspections, air‑leakage testing, construction quality‑assurance observations, roofing assessments, design specification reviews, field performance testing, and commissioning consulting. • Conduct inspections of building enclosures • Perform building enclosure testing and assessments • Execute air leakage testing and construction quality assurance observations • Carry out roofing assessments and design specification reviews • Conduct field performance testing and building enclosure commissioning consulting • Manage project budgets and prepare invoices • Prepare reports and proposals for clients • Maintain and develop a client database • Mentor junior staff members • Promote a safe workplace and proper use of PPE • Perform occasional field and laboratory testing • Interact with senior staff on various projects • Lead high‑impact projects with technical complexity and visibility

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required; B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related ABET‑accredited degree preferred • Minimum 2 years of building enclosure consulting experience • IIBEC certifications (RRO, RRC, REWO, REWC, RBEC) encouraged
