About the Role
As a Manufacturing Production Worker you will prepare and operate equipment used in transformer insulation production, handle raw materials and finished goods, and keep accurate daily production records while ensuring that output meets quality specifications. You will monitor daily and weekly production targets, analyze workflow and equipment layout to boost efficiency, generate reports on performance and future needs, and coordinate maintenance activities, all while upholding safety standards and internal compliance procedures. • Configure and run production machinery for transformer insulation. • Handle and sort raw materials and finished components. • Track and record daily production data for performance analysis. • Identify and rework or discard defective products to maintain quality. • Analyze workflow and equipment layout to improve manufacturing efficiency. • Maintain a safe work environment and follow all regulatory guidelines. • Prepare production and process reports, forecasting future requirements. • Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer instructions. • Achieve on‑time, on‑quality production targets while working in shifts. • Apply continuous‑improvement tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing.

What You Bring
The position requires a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, proven machine‑operator skills in transformer insulation, and the ability to work shifts as part of a team. Strong attention to detail, knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Poka‑Yoke, lean manufacturing, and proficiency in spoken and written English are also essential.
