About the Role

The Sales Engineer role drives sales by blending technical expertise with strong customer relationship management. The incumbent must understand client needs, propose appropriate technical solutions, and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to achieve revenue growth. • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in assigned regions/markets. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners. • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demos, and value propositions. • Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Projects, Service, Marketing) to meet customer needs. • Create proposals, quotations, and technical‑commercial offers. • Participate in tenders, technical discussions, and contract negotiations. • Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch/region revenue. • Provide market feedback for product improvement and new development. • Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, leads, and opportunities. • Interpret drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents. • Adopt a customer‑focused approach.
