About the Role
The Facilities Administrator will support assurance activities and facilities administration within the Sydney Airport aviation precinct, reporting to the Risk & Compliance Manager. This role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation and system updates, and managing stakeholder communications in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment. • Support assurance activities by gathering, documenting and closing out findings in line with required timeframes • Maintain registers, records and evidence within digital systems • Liaise with internal teams to support governance, compliance and reporting requirements • Administer parking access, applications and enquiries across airport sites • Manage stakeholder communications with a professional, service‑oriented approach • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce repeat findings
