About the Role

In this role you will maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment for staff and the young people in our care. The position involves cleaning and sanitising offices, reception areas, workshops, bathrooms, and communal spaces, as well as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting floors and surfaces. • Clean and sanitize offices, reception areas, workshops, bathrooms, and communal spaces • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, staircases, and surfaces • Perform bio-cleaning when required

What You Bring

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence • Ability to kneel, lift, and stand for the full shift • Recent National Police Check (within six months) • Ability to pass a medical assessment and random drug and alcohol tests

The Cleaner position is based at Cherry Creek Youth Justice Centre in Little River, VIC. It is a permanent part‑time role with a pay rate of $33.61 per hour plus super, working Monday to Friday evenings from 8:30 pm to 12:30 am.
