About the Role

The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for delivering high-quality service to customers by accurately receiving inventory, moving products, performing cycle counts, and shipping orders in a timely and salable condition. The role also requires safe operation of lift trucks and other warehouse equipment. Maintaining safety and efficiency throughout all tasks is essential. This position supports the distribution center’s daily operations by following safety, company, and 6S standards, utilizing visual aids, and performing tasks according to standard work procedures. The associate is expected to report equipment damage, suggest process improvements, and assist with continuous-improvement events to enhance safety, quality, and productivity. • Follow safety, company, and 6S standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to minimize accidents. • Report equipment or infrastructure damage promptly for timely repairs. • Perform assigned warehouse tasks using standard work and policies. • Use visual aids to maximize safety, quality, and productivity. • Suggest process improvements and participate in continuous-improvement events. • Identify process deviations and notify the supervisor immediately. • Complete miscellaneous activities directed by the manager to support operations. • Work up to nine hours per day as required. • Contribute to team results and participate in projects as needed.
