About the Role
Key responsibilities include devising and executing project work plans, supervising the testing, commissioning, and handover of systems, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule. The role requires close coordination with other service disciplines, leading site meetings with clients and subcontractors, and maintaining detailed project documentation and reports. The engineer will also champion safety initiatives, cultivating a zero‑harm environment and upholding high quality standards while assessing team performance to ensure a healthy workplace. • Manage cash flow, plan revenue, handle UBR liquidation, billing and collections. • Prepare and approve project management instructions for additional or extra materials due to design changes or site requirements. • Monitor routine inspections of installed services. • Evaluate and motivate teammates to maintain a safe work environment and uphold the “Zero Harm” policy. • Encourage adherence to quality standards among team members. • Accelerate interdisciplinary work to meet project deadlines. • Plan, design, execute, and commission IBMS and security systems. • Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover of systems to end users within project timelines. • Coordinate with other services, conduct site meetings with clients and subcontractors, and update project reports.

What You Bring
