About the Role
The Rental Yard Associate role supports the rental yard by maintaining equipment and preparing orders for delivery, contributing to building America. The position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform other assigned duties. • Remove dirt, concrete, and debris from rental equipment using hand tools and cleaning equipment. • Ensure all rental equipment is in good, usable condition before dispatch. • Inspect equipment for damage and report any issues per procedure. • Oil and lubricate tools, equipment, and tilt‑up braces according to specifications. • Prepare and stage rental orders for delivery. • Follow company safety policies and procedures.

What You Bring
