About the Role
The role holds end‑to‑end responsibility for managing business operations related to repair, modification and after‑sales service across India, SAARC countries and the Middle East. It focuses on both top‑line growth and bottom‑line performance, ensuring efficient workflow and revenue generation. As part of the post‑sales support team, the incumbent provides advanced troubleshooting for MiCOM, Power Logic P3, P5 and P7 numerical protection relays, delivers repair services for MiCOM/Areva and the latest Power Logic models, and offers technical support for non‑reparable ranges such as VAMP, P3 and Sepam. Basic testing is performed after repair according to standard checklists to guarantee quality. The position includes preparing techno‑commercial offers, negotiating maintenance contracts, and maintaining a repair lead time of less than eight days for the MiCOM range. Coordination with finance covers cash‑flow, margin and expense management, while ERP activities in SAP handle order booking, cost accounting and inventory control. Leadership responsibilities involve mentoring and training team members, coordinating with manufacturing for PCB root‑cause analysis, and ensuring compliance with Integrated Management System standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001). The manager also guarantees that all employees follow IMS procedures and that adequate technical and administrative resources are available. • Manage repair, modification and after‑sales operations for India, SAARC and Middle East markets. • Provide advanced troubleshooting and hardware support for MiCOM, Power Logic P3/P5/P7 relays. • Perform repairs, upgrades and basic post‑repair testing following standard checklists. • Deliver on‑site customer support, technical training and resolve issues during site visits. • Maintain MiCOM repair lead time under 8 days. • Prepare techno‑commercial proposals and negotiate maintenance contracts. • Coordinate finance activities including cash flow, margin, expenses and cost booking. • Execute ERP tasks in SAP: order booking, cost accounting and inventory management. • Mentor and develop team members to achieve high efficiency and performance. • Conduct root‑cause analysis of faulty PCBs in collaboration with manufacturing. • Ensure implementation and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 standards. • Secure adequate technical and administrative resources for operational areas.
